The Southern Alps contain more than 360 glaciers and run for more than 300 miles forming the backbone of South Island.
Akaroa is a quaint, beautiful bay side town.
We left town in search of the rare Hector’s Dolphin
Hector’s dolphins are the smallest and rarest marine dolphins in the world.
Only found in NZ shallow coastal waters
